It is a free living nitrogen-fixing aerobic bacterium and has been recognized as an important input in increasing crop production in non–leguminous plants (can fix 30kg N/ha/year). Azotobacter is eco-friendly and is used to treat roots of seedlings, seeds and soils. Azotobacter fixes nitrogen in the plants. Seed treatment: Prepare a mixture of 100 ml Peak AZAD in 500-600 ml water and 10-15 kg seed. Shade dry for 30 minutes & sow within 2-3 hours. Seedling/sett treatment: Mix 50-100 ml Peak AZAD in 20 -25 litre water. Dip the roots required for 1 acre and keep them in the suspension for 10-15 minutes and thereafter transplant them in the field. Soil treatment: Mix 500 gm. Peak AZAD in 30-50 kg soil or FYM and broadcast it over I acre at time of last ploughing or before first irrigation.
The treated seeds should be shade dried and sown within 2-3 hours. It is also advisable not to mix with nitrogenous chemical fertilizer. Use double dose if seeds are treated with synthetic chemicals. Soil broadcasting should be done in early stage of standing crop just along with irrigation.

Rhizobium is a bacterium that fixes nitrogen from the atmosphere into the roots of the plants. Rhizobia, the soil bacteria enters the legume root and form root nodule within which they reduce molecular nitrogen to ammonia, which is readily utilized by the plant to produce valuable proteins, vitamins and other nitrogen containing compounds. Rhizobium, a symbiotic nitrogen fixing bacteria, plays a vital role. It has been estimated that different legume crops by the microbial activities of Rhizobium could fix around 50-100kg N/Ha/year. We offer Bio Fertilizer under the name of Peak RAZA that contains selective strain of Rhizobium. We cater to the diverse requirements of Rhizobium in Agriculture and in Plantation crops. Rhizobium, offered by us, improves the productivity and the quality of the crop also. Peak RAZA is a liquid formulation containing the selective strain of Rhizobium sp. These symbiotic bacteria in their dormant form are suspended in the liquid formulation @ 1 X 109 CFU/ml of the product.
